No, I haven't received my car yet. I did however get an email from Dunning saying they should be getting the fourth one in early September (may have already gotten it). I have been watching the sale numbers and hoping I will get mine by early October. Also, I guess Dunning got a 6th allotment.

Before I located my brz out in Reno, nv I talked to dunning. At that time they said that they had had a pre-order cancellation and that a red brz would be available in the fall. I couldn't picture myself in red.

Was the letter intended to let you know that it was available to you?

When you do get yours - I'd like to go for a ride in your car to see if yous has some of the quirks mine does.

When I got the email, the sale guy said that if I wanted the silver BRZ it could be mine. I really want the GBS, so I passed.

I will let you know when I finally get my car.

Knowing that you passed on the red one, that means that out of the 5 pre-ordered BRZs, Dunning had three back out. Back in June, they also sent me an email saying that there was a WRB that backed out.

I am currently at the top of the list at Dunning and they have contacted me a few times over the last week but haven't gotten anything in a color I'm interested in. So my passing on some might have bumped you up the list a bit.

Edit: Sorry! I just noticed you are waiting on a BRZ at Dunning not an FR-S. I'm on the Dunning Toyota wait list not the Subaru one. Disregard.
