red was my first choice, white a close second, ended up with white cause red would have meant paying more and waiting longer...

I think the car looks best in lighter colors-- imho the darker ones make it look a little amorphous. White looks really clean on the car, but for some reason I just didn't feel like getting a white one.

If an Aston-esque light grey metallic was an option I would have considered it seriously; I find Subaru's dark grey too dark and their silver too light :\

WRB! Gotta love that Classic Subaru color!

Test drove DGM and Lightning Red, ended up ordering WRB.

It came down to visibility - it's a small car, and I want to remain visible. The silvers, grays and blacks blend into road textures and colors easily, and white would blend into the snow too easily for my tastes. It was between Lightning Red and WRB, and I personally don't think the BRZ looks great in red (though it does look much better in person than in pictures).

Besides, it's a classic Subaru color!

I got DGM my first choice! Oddly, living in cencal, Ive never come across another BRZ in the wild yet. Still looking forward to seeing those other colors at a meet yet!
