I'm going to file a report when I'm done working my shifts this weekend, my schedule makes going over there impossible. But, I will do so and obtain the info.

The sooner you can do it (get the police involved) the less chance the wank will have to get any damage to their own car repaired. Extra evidence in-case it's needed if you have to go through small claims.

shouldn't be too hard finding a IS-F on the road... in fact I bet the next one anybody sees will probably be that same car haha

So true. My city of 210k people has maybe 3 IS-Fs...maybe?

The PO I spoke with tonight told me they will not look up any partial plates even with make and model, but I don't believe that's true. Waiting to speak with another PO tomorrow.
