With no aftermarket support. Cars that don't sell have shit aftermarket support. No one here should be askin for exclusivity.

I don't always agree with your opinions. But I am 100% with you on this.

The youtube haters are even worst...I think they just don't like Japanese cars.

People still hate the GTR...be we all know it is bad assed!
People also hate the way the LFA looks...I personally think it is the most bad ass looking car out there.

The Toyota 86/FR-S/BRZ will be a success...just like the GTR and 370Z are...

Most of them are (don't get offended here) American muscle heads. Why no <insert big number HP>. Why why why why why.

Youtube trolls. They're so funny. Trying so hard to be badass on the internet. lol

I think Toyota wants this car to succeed in later generations. If the first batch sell like crazy at a low volume, then Toyota has a better incentive to make more in following years. Their approach looks similar to what Mazda did with the Miata, and we all know how long that car has been around.

Let's hope it doesn't share the Miatas history of steadily getting heavier and shittier with each new revision. The NA is still the king. If you look at the Miata sales numbers it sold the most in it's second model year (1991).

Totally wrong. HP/L is a meaningless statistic. It actually says nothing about how well an engine is engineered or the actual meaningful performance specifications of the motor. The only real thing it tells you is whether an engine revs high or not.

Ahh Autoblog, home sweet home. That website is practically autotrolling central with it's articles. I follow autobloggreen and they are especially prone to bouts of trolling. It's better than autoblog central though.

Every once in awhile I leave a comment about the extinct 3 door, RWD, compacts. I feel like a troll, so I go back to reading updates once a month. I used to leave Ethanol/FFV comments once a week but it's not really productive to do that.

Probably but then it would get a couple comments and then be forgotten.

I agree. I believe exclusivity is best for exotic, collector, and generally more expensive cars. For this car, volume is more important.

It's only funny because it's true. The worst cases invoke a mention of "missing that deep v8 rumble."

It's even funnier seeing those comments for an electric car. wat.

Hmm, I didn't know that, about the sales that is, or maybe I forgot. I think the comment about initial versions is true for most anything. The first version is usually the best with everything else being rehashed or completely different.
