Since grandma retired and our 4 door sedan is usually here ...... we use that to transport the granddaughters most all of the time. Besides, the sedan gives them more room for their backpacks, child cell phones, water bottles, room to take off their shoes and dump out the trash, larger windows to smear up, latest art project, snacks and the rest of the 50 pounds of "stuff" they pack around.......:) humfrz |
I don't fold their legs...i am not that tall and my seats don't go all the way back...their legs don't touch the back

Back on topic. Hint for you parents/grandparents who are or are considering transporting small children in the back seat of your FR-S/BRZ. Have a supply of pacifiers, baby bottles, extra security blankets, baby rattles, gum, snacks, water bottles and tissues, within easy reach of your position in the front seat. Then, practice your "over the shoulder" toss into the back seat. Now, if you don't know what I'm talking about ...... you will, if you put small children back there ...... :D humfrz |
When you switch to boosters, I recommend the Clek line (ollie, ozzi), they are super compact, easy to hook in place, and memory foam keeps butts comfy.
My 4 y.o. boy sits cross legged and has plenty of room; he doesn't complain but it helps that he likes to ride in the BRZ. I take his shoes away and there's a towel under the booster, though...trust only goes so far with kids *wink* |

I do that in our RAV4. That is just life with kids in the back seat. Haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
