Sooooooo many Twins showed up today, it was fantastic to see folks come out and enjoy their car capabilities!

Nice to meet you @Rameus! You were pretty damn quick yourself and you were my lucky charm for my best run at the end! I was really worried about that pop when we hit the gravel but thank god it was only your phone falling out of your pocket (phew!).

Video for my personal best run is also up.

EDIT: Fixed the speed data! All good now.

Should've come over and said hi! I wasn't sure who was who in the sea of twins!

I can also give you tips if you'd like at the next event.

Thanks @Frost. It was nice to meet you too. That was an amazing run you had there; showed me I have a lot to learn. I'm just happy you didn't leave before we could find my phone (and car key) in your car LOL.

I had a great day. I encourage anyone on the fence about autocross to simply try it out, whether its a PITL event or one of the many others in Ontario.

Mmm... offer a ride and get a free BRZ and phone? SWEET.

Just kidding. I was also joking with the other guys saying that I always had a passenger in all of my day's runs except for the first so I always had a handicap :laughabove:

If it weren't for the gravel patch, I'm pretty sure I could've gotten in low 63s. I keep rewatching the video and reliving that nightmare.

I'd normally be all up for the Whitby event but I'm going camping this weekend :(

I'll stop by for a bit, if I can get enough stuff done around the house before then I may even sign up.

I was looking forward to going to Oshawa for autox but forgot that I have a wedding to go to, lol. I want to go out to TLMC and OMSC at least once this year. I've been running with PITL for a few years now.

PITL Event #3 official results are up!

Strong showing by the twins racking up a top 3 position (Frankie is a beast in that BRZ).

Yuck. My worst PITL finish in years as all of my runs had cones except my first.

Oh well. Final event for my bald tires this Sunday in Whitby. Hopefully I don't cone as much.

Yup. I think I was parked beside you.

Ah that was you! You had to leave early too! Too bad, you're normally stupid fast in that thing. My last run vaulted me up considerably. Ian and his Porsche didn't find his groove either.

I'm hoping to actually make a decent shot for winning C Stock+. It's such a friggin' competitive group.
