You do realize that without a cat on the header, it will make the car louder...

Yea I know but I didn't know it would be muscle car loud with popping noises. I'll take it to a shop and let them look at it

It's not a manufacturing defect. That's the way it's supposed to sound.

You probably now have an exhaust leak

<3 the big red wrench

Oh and a headerback system is generally stupidly loud

I'm in on the exhaust leak. Also - did you loosen EVERYTHING then tighten/torque EVERYTHING from front to rear?

Header > OP > FP > Catback?

Did you ensure a good seal from the gaskets? Start the car while underneath and listen for hisses/leaks?

Did you use anti-seize to be able to remove/adjust without stripping your bolts?

At this point, go to an exhaust shop. Cut your losses and pay someone who has some more experience in what you're doing. No offense.

Lolol I got it fixed. It was one bolt that I didn't screw in I over looked it. The sound is "glourious" lol and how I expected to be. Thanks for everyone who tried helping instead of "adding there 2 cents in" or making stupid comments :)
