I might be wrong but I think the dealership can give you and extended warranty for free. I didn't ask for any "added security" and didn't pay any extra above MSRP but I recieved the extended warranty document of 5 years/ 60k miles in my mail. Or is this the normal warranty of the car?

that is the normal powetrain warranty. bumper to bumper is 3/36k.
