I thought the U.S. was going to get 2 or 4 of the G Sport models (I forgot how many total they are planning on coming out with); i though the Prius and the 86 were at least the 2 for sure

Oh I could have well missed that one, but i had read close to a year ago they weren't. That could very well have changed.

Hi everyone,

I made the trip from Brisbane down to Sydney pretty much with the sole intention of looking at this car. One of the talking dudes said that it's definitely going into production, and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have said that unless it was confirmed to hit Aussie shores (something we haven't heard official confirmation of yet, right?).

Anyway, I took a stack of pics. Yep, I'm not an awesome photographer, and where it was positioned was a bit restrictive too. But, I still got some, so there.

Mind you, the 'yota bloke that was meant to be watching people was too busy chatting up one of the promo models, so I actually touched the FT86 G Sports. It made me feel like a 10 year old not for only doing it because I wasn't meant to, but because I got excitement and enjoyment from doing it. Kind of sad I know.

My gf got a bit pissy when I disappeared on her for a third time to go back to the Toyota stand to perv at the FT86. I could have spent a week looking at that car.
