Hey, everyone. I just got an email from Sewell stating that my ETA is now listed as "late June," though no VIN yet. Going by the other threads in BRZ General, this is something quite a few others are seeing as well. Works for me, I was almost expecting an August arrival. :happyanim:

It was an email that appears to be only addressed to me. Looking back, he mentioned that the ETA actually is "month of June" but he guesses this means the end of the month. It's funny, I got the weekly update with no news and then next day I wake up to this. :drool:

Hey guys, new update! Sewell just got my VIN in the system today and an arrival date of June 12. Sooooo stoked right now, haha.

Congrats! That's awesome to see Sewell receive up to three shipments in a single month alone...be sure to post some pics up please. Btw, did they inform or ask you if you wanted to add on any options yet? Or was that basically going to be offered when the car arrives? *Crossing my fingers for July delivery*

Yeah, to find out that mine would get here only a week after #1's got me a little excited. Do we know who #2 is and what day theirs is showing up, if known? Maybe a stretch, but hopefully this trend continues for the rest of the Sewell (and all DFW!) lineup. :D

On the accessories note, my associate asked me about adding anything else, but we already had some stuff submitted with the original order and is already on the vehicle. Did you have any accessories in mind when placing the original order? If so, what did they say in regards to it?

I just wanted the chrome fender back then but after seeing how it looks on the car I emailed them to see if they can have it installed at the port. They said to hold off and wait til they get it in at the dealer? So I don't know, I would rather add to the order now rather than later. Who is your associate? Was it Brady? Kinda wanted to ask him if #2 is getting their vehicle between that 6/5 and 6/12 date...so I am guessing they are receiving the cars in the order that was placed then. Not the assumed random shipments some members have mentioned? What accessories did you have and what was your given OTD price? Thanks!

Yeah, I was going for the accessories to be installed at the port to save on the labor costs. Went with the fender trim as well, plus the non-Homelink mirror w/compass. I haven't been given an OTD price yet but have been given my (supposed) price of MSRP on the car and accesories plus destination. I think my OTD will vary a bit just depending on the valuation of my trade, due to sales tax.

Oh, and yes, my dealer is Brady. Really helpful guy.

So, in regards to the Sewell update yesterday, anyone know who Nick is? Number two, I'm assuming?

And my ETA got pushed back to 6/18.
