I 1000% agree with you. I believe in buying a car with a engine I like the performance of instead of modding. I rather mod other areas like handling and wheels and tires. If I feel like I have to mod the engine that car is not for me.

that is the opposite thought process of the people who made and designed this car.

to them, power is easy to add. a good chasis/balance/handling characteristic is a lot harder to mod into a car.

Mainly waiting because I just bought my current car this year and because I want to wait and see what the next year or so has to offer. I also don't really want to jump into steep payments before I finish school and have the career I've been working towards. It's going to happen eventually though. Just one more thing to look forward to.

I dont think modding a engine is easy either. You can blow 6k on a f/i kit and still blow up your engine 1-2 years later.
