Yea i feel like 35 is to low for most roads, i got pulled over doing 52/35 and it is a 3 lane wide street. I did a 8 hour driver improvement class and the judge dismissed my case

That sucks to hear but as NoBrakes said driver improvement class and you are good to go if this is your first offense.
