I asked what the sound was on YouTube but I doubt I'll hear back.
Anyone else hearing it? It's a metal rattle and it seems to happen at least twice in the revs

Oh the rattle is there...but what the rattle is caused by is not due to a issue or poor craftsmanship. So the system uses springs and clamps instead of flanges (#becauseracecar). When the exhaust is cold the springs will vibrate, however as soon as you put a little heat into it the noise goes away. Reason is that this pipe is made out of 1mm titanium, so it has a thermal expansion coefficient which allows the springs to tighten up and the noise to go away when its hot.
For this exact same reason, the exhaust will actually change note when it gets nice and hot. It a hard thing to explain with out hearing it in person, but when the exhaust gets nice and hot it shoulds very throaty and deep.
