Okay, i'm going to have to play devil's advocate here: Sometimes, at least for me, I will check out a car in a bad way. As in WTF did you do to this poor thing. But the owner won't know if i'm checking out there car in a good way or a bad way. This is especially true when I see super cambered cars. Owner's think they are hot shit and i'm checking out there car, but in reality i'm just going WTF, put that thing out of it's misery.

this is me most of time too lol. I have alot of pet peeves when it comes to modding. I see so many cars at the meets with wrong offsets/tire profiles, ebay sidemarkers, people who don't hardwire their radar detectors, etc etc...

very few guys take the time and money to do things right.

I've had a few people check out my car, men and women.
The women usually comment about how badass the car is. I invite them for a ride.
The men mostly say something stupid, like "this is YOUR car?" To which I reply "Yes, now fuck off."
