Thanks! :D

Yep I got them! Theyre actually 18x8 18x9.No problems with clearance at all. I'm on RSR springs lowered by 30mm. You'll be fine with stock suspension. Ill post pics when I get a chance.

THese look really nice -- though they are tucked in a bit, I think maybe at +40 or +38 even would be good for these. Just to be a bit more aggressive.

Doh! I stand corrected. What are fractions? Lol How'd I miss that so blatantly? In any case, enjoy the pics. Really happy with them

I'm loving my Raijins. 8.5 and 9.5 with 245/265 MPSS tires, lowered 1.5" on ST coilovers.

45 offset front and rear, although the fronts could be 40 or 35. Rears are perfectly flush.

Look great and perfectly fit. BTW, these require camper setup I think. If I run with 18x9 square, do you think the 255x35 tires would flush or tuck in for front and rear with or w/o much of camber. I will be used for DD and I want to able to do tires rotation.

I'm running staggered with 235/40 front 255/35 rears with the stock camber and no issues. Not sure about 18x9.5s all around. Someone else might have to weigh in.

Hey - really lovin' the sexiness of these Raijins. Question: Are these heavier than the stock OEM 17" rims of the FR-S & BRZ? Anyone, who has these on their cars feel it's heavier than stock or makes a difference to be a bit more sluggish now? Thanks thanks. :D :D Wanting to get the staggered Raijins. :party0030:

I find it odd no ones done a 18x8 squared in a 35 offset in this wheel??

Atropine 10-31-2013 04:55 AM

I like those wheels a lot.

They remind me of the 949 Racing Wheels I had on my MR2.

mike the snake 10-31-2013 07:34 AM

I believe they only come with the 45 offset. You could obtain 35 with 10mm spacers though.

They make em in 35 offset as well, hence why i was suprised no one has doen em and was hoping someone may jump on with them is all. :)

Anything under 9 is not going to be concave but convex. IMO these wheels dont look good unless they have the concave.

Here's my Whiteout with Hyper Silver 18x8+45, 235/40 Pilot Super Sports, stock suspension -- no rubbing even at full lock. Clears suspension by about 1/4".

Planning on 5/10mm spacers for front and 10/15mm spacers for the back to make flush.

For that matter, anybody have a clue what dealers sell 18x9.5 +45 in Matte Gunmetal/Titanium Grey? Having trouble finding one.

After I wore the 235s out I went down to 225 for a little unsprung weight savings.

Looks the same profile wise right? Im going to with 225/40/18 on an 18x8 in april time frame, anxious to see the results on my brz.

Aluma007 02-16-2018 08:22 PM

it might be 225...the comp 2's are way wider than other tires(tire rack specs it at 8.1 inch tread for a 215)

mtran 03-30-2018 12:37 PM

Got mine installed the other day. Loving them!
