You need to spend money to save money, kid.

Haha, I deleted my comment because I just felt like an asshole after posting like that.

But, I don't know where the hell it all went, but I've kept track of it all.

C-West Rear Half Spoiler
The Headlight Firm Custom Headlights
Valenti Tail Lights
Valenti Rear Bumper Light
Nigel-JDM Fog Light Kit w/ Nokya H11 Yellow Bulbs
Hella Supertones
F'n A Automotive Underglow Kit

Weren't you featured in a magazine of blog or something? I remember seeing the car someplace other then on here.

I've been featured by Scion.com, I Love Driving Slow, Paint is Dead, and Guerilla Racing.

Yep that was it. I saw it at Scion .com! Knew I had seen it elsewhere as it would be hard to forget that wrap since it is the same colour as (parts of) my 55 Chev.

Nice looking car.

To be honest, you don't want to be sponsored. Everything you do has to be done to their specifics. Plus car show after show after show you HAVE to attend to promote their product. Sounds like more of a headache then anything else. I don't know much about Canada, but I highly doubt there is much of a car scene in Alberta. Companies look at your location to see if their is enough people to offer a demand for their products.

My two cents, just build it how you want. Save save save money and take your time.

Agreed. We all have had these sponsorship fantasies as a kid, but you'll eventually grow out of it. If you're a grown man (or a woman) with a stable job just keep it aside as a hobby.

Anyways, this vid explains it well for sponsorship.

Ill be nice and assume you really have no clue. So here it goes:

You have to earn them. You have to build relationships and need to give something back to the sponsor. This can be done by social media and show exposure or be very competative in a sanctioned motosport series. This gets them publicity. But the thing is nobody is going to give you anything until you can prove you can win/be competative on your own.

But the biggest thing is what can you do for them in return? If everyone just handed out free stuff nobody would stay in business

PERFECTLY SAID.
