We did not get any in.. Shipping from LA to Vegas was over 120$ since they shipped truck freight.. Everyone that wanted one has canceled once they found out the shipping.. shipping to P.R. was more then the lip it self

I'm planning to get canards in the long run but glad this lip seem to cover the ''horns'' on the BRZ bumper since I scuffed them. Any ideas with canards fitment ?

Does anybody have any pics of this lip from different angles apart from the one on their website? Much appreciated.

Also, from the picture on the previous page, I can see the lip doesn't extend below the car, so I would like to know if this lip actually does anything in terms of improving aero, or just for show?

I know that the FT86 Speedfactory one has numbers to back up its downforce claim, and I remember seeing some for APR aswell. I would think Greddy would do something since it seems to extend the front bumper quite a bit while being secured tighly (compared to cheap screws on replica kits) @Kayshart

So does this mean that only splitters extend below the car, while lip spoiler don't?

So I can safely say that lips don't do much in terms of aero?

The easy answer is yes. You will not see aero gains from a lip.

I though what really matters is the way the lip is secured to prevent flex ?

There is a ratio between ground clearance (measured front the bottom of the splitter) and projection (distance forward of the car). For every 'inch' of height, the splitter has to extend 'this many inches' fore of the front bumper. That's a major generalization, but the ratio is pretty large, at least 1:3 (not certain). If a car is lowered enough with a massive front lip, then I don't see why it couldn't be considered a splitter.

Anything flexible or not rigidly mounted is worthless to the cause.

Ohh i get it ! But thats why i though if the Greddy one extends a bit and is secured tightly on a lowered car, then I guess a difference would be seen, right ?

@fteightysix - Any idea if we can get those fog light deletes/brake ducts pictured with the lip?

I got the JDM TRD side skirts and paint matched sti rear aprons to go with the lip. I think it looks good.

I'm surprised not much people had them painted. Looks weird unpainted on the blue brzs.

I've been on the fence if I order it. Leave it black to go with my sti kit or paint it partially. My car is silver though.

I think it'll look great with at least the top section painted.
