@Churg nah I was on the stock rims and tires. I'll be at Fontana on May 3rd and 4th running in the practice too. I definitely regret not running in the practice this weekend.
hopefully you'll be competing in your car and not a mazda rental :)

Man, I'm surprised you weren't slideways the entire time. Although, was everything off when you were running? I do the "Pedal Dance" trick and turn off all my assists when I run. My times were much faster that way.
If everything goes right, I'll have my car back on Wednesday, so I definitely should have it ready to roll, with a few extra goodies too! :happyanim:

I had vsc on for my first run just to get a feel, then I turned traction and stability off. I didn't push the car very hard so that's probably why I didn't end up spinning. I'm pretty much just doing this for fun and to get better at driving.

I'm English :)

(and 10 years of practice).

Don't know if it was the 10 years of practice, pretty sure it all has to do with being English, haha.

Next event I'll be going to is the one in Fontana in May. After my first year in Novice, it's going to be pretty interesting trying to keep up with you and Asgar in STX. My BRZ is still getting fixed at the dealer. And I don't feel like whipping out the Mazda 3 rental again, especially for the Pro Solo.

blkwrxwag 03-28-2014 08:17 PM

Shame... the tire squeal from the Mazda 3 was hilarious :-)

RiskyTrousers 03-28-2014 08:53 PM

Not sure I got to meet you JB86'd, if not I'll see you at Fontana!

Congrats to Max for taking the win!

Heres my fastest run, about 2/10th's behind Max.

Excellent looking run there, Mr. Trousers. Now I see why you so fast - great driving.

JB86'd 03-29-2014 02:07 AM

Damn you guys are fast as hell. @RiskyTrousers @blkwrxwag
I'm planning on staying in CS but hope to be as skilled as you both someday. See you guys at Fontana :happyanim:

Mr. Trousers wearing Federals I think, will be scary when he changes trousers...
Nice runs, both Max and Trousers.
