Roughly every 5 days. But that's cause I'm on university break right now, and going out heaps :)

I live 20 miles from my workplace, so between 40 miles/day, 5 days/week, AND recreational driving / visiting girlfriend, I usually fill up once a week. I average 29 mpg, if the mpg on my dash is accurate.
