I rarely watch a movie more than once intentionally, and never twice in a theater.
Only two exceptions was Star Wars IV which I saw in theaters about 5 times when it was new, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail about 30 times (it was my high school version of Rocky Horror Picture Show at the local cinema back in the day). Doesn't mean I won't watch a movie a second time as a social event, but I just don't have any that are "go to" movies, I'd much rather watch something I haven't seen before. On a dreary rainy day just about any sci-fi, fantasy or action movie will do. |

"A Thousand and One Erotic Nights" is a great classic example of a good movie that can be rewatched by either sex. I hear some of the parody stuff put out lately isn't too bad, but I haven't seen any of it. |

Saving Ryan's Privates

The one I haven't seen mentioned yet that I watch is the Hitman

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Star Wars Episode V (But all SW movies) Shawshank Redemption Raiders of the Lost Ark The Bridge on the River Kwai Saving Private Ryan (Saw with all veterans/retirees when it was released. There was not a dry eye in the theater.) Goonies Band of Brothers (I believe everyone should see this to see what the greatest generation sacrificed and did for our country.) American History X Tangled (I have a 4 year old daughter that is obsessed with Rapunzel. Not to mention, whoever was dressed up as her at Disney World when we last visited was freaking HAWT! LOL) |
