Part out the si back to stock then trade it in or sell it privately.

The dealer I ordered my FRS from asked if my trade was AT or MT, as soon as I said MT they said they didn't want it... 2009 Yaris 2dr hb. They didn't ask anything else about the car. That's fine I'll put it on kijiji soon as I get a confirm that my FRS will be delivered on time.

So I went and picked up my FR-S yesterday. Was a cluster fuck of 'oops that shouldn't have been there' charges. Documentation fee which on scion site it says admin fees are included, random protection plans I didn't want and had to explain to a manager for 15 minutes I don't want them, and then on top of all that.

They tried to charge me twice for GST which added 2k onto the price. The financial guy kept just saying no its normal, the numbers are fine and eventually. Oh, yeah good catch thats not supposed to be like that. You shouldn't worry though we would've found it later and reversed it.

Yeah right, refund me money after I've signed paperwork overcharging me? Like that would ever happen.

Morons.

No disrespect but you have to find other ways to postpone your spending. You just bought a 2010 Civic Si. That car is still brand new and it has a LOT of potential. You have already lost a lot on depreciation regardless if you bought it new or used. Cars like the BRZ and the FR-S will always be around, and rivaling companies have their new sports coupes coming (namely Mazda and Nissan).

I suggest you sit back, relax, drive your Si, and watch it all unfold in front of you then when your Si is crapping out (which I would assume will be in 2030 as I still see 1990 Si HBs running around), make your decision then. While you wait, invest your money wisely.

i live in canada btw.

Regina has 2 FRS's right now
