My thoughts exactly. After reading the reviews , I kept reading that people were suggesting it had a "bubblegum" like scent so I decided to give it a try.

As for the rest of my stuff, I've got 35% ceramic tint all around.
A custom bracket to mount my phone with
Various microfiber towels
A bottle of Premix ONR
A TRD sticker on the useless button where the "snow" mode would be for auto cars.

Good to know, then after I block her, I could tell her that her "i" things are broke and Amazon went out of business ??

That is actually pretty nice. I like little red bits in the interior. Brings everything together.

I bought this and modified it. I removed the panel that dropped down and sealed that side with a bead of superglue, leaving only the panel that slides out to the side. I also cut out the guide strap for the removed panel because it interfered with the sliding of the side panel. Removing the drop-down panel made the whole unit flatter so that it fit better when the visor is flipped up against the roof.

I removed the stupid button on the pull tab, because the button would tuck underneath the edge of the opening so that it was impossible to get a grip on it. The loop left when the button was gone is much easier to grasp.

It's far from perfect, but it functions okay. It's not a very precise design, so the panel will cock at an angle sometimes and jam against the interior when trying to get it back in. With practice that happens less often now, but it's still annoying to know how shitty a substitute it is for a real OEM sliding visor.

Ya, there was a comma in the amount she spent on each granddaughter - :sigh:

When I asked her about her expenditures she replied that the news told her that the average person will spend $1,000 on gifts this Christmas.

I tried to explain, then stopped, when she interrupted me and ask how much money I spend on cigarettes a year - :confused0068:

So, does that mean that I can save $3,000 plus cigarette money this year if (when) I quit smoking? - :iono:

For my front windscreen I had a strip of tint put across the top of my windshield.

Works a treat, and traffic lights and street signs are still visible.

I didn't either. I bought my set back when a member here commissioned them to make a set for him and then posted that they put them on their website as a regular item. At the time I had a couple of "highly rated" seat belt pads from Amazon, but these are 10000% better. If I ever sell the car, I'm keeping them to use in my next car.

Personally, I've gone with a mixture of cosmetic and quality of life interior additions. Replaced the radio with an AVH-W4500NEX for that wireless Android Auto functionality (I really like Waze, and whatever BS "upgraded navigation-enabled" head unit they put in this thing when I bought it is absolutely godawful slow) with the secondary USB cable coming out from behind the knee pad on the passenger's side (still working on 3D printing a cable channel to run along that side, keep it out of the floor well), a Scosche vent magnet mount, a Power Delivery 12V charger with a two-sided C to C cable, and a modded 1TB lossless 5.5Gen iPod Classic AUXed up that I keep in the little cubby next to my starter button. I also installed one of those LED footwell kits from FT86SpeedFactory (justified, as I find that it helps quite a bit at night, though they're active and low red anytime the car's on), and got a dark blue carpet-textured DashMat for the top to prevent any sun damage during the summer months.

The radio swap was probably the one thing that made the most difference, imo.

The seats on this car get dirty easily. Car seat protectors, the child/pet type would have saved my seats from all the daily wear/tear/staining. Will be getting some soon.

Just got some Weathertech liners and these things are GREAT!

No, it means you have $3,000 to upgrade the quality and quantity of beer to drink. Maybe add in some 12-18 year old scotch and a couple cigars.

I can even come up and help you drink it.

Hello all,

Just wanted to ask for a few opinions and feedbacks.

- the most popular interior accessories for this car? I'm guessing it is phone holders?

- Are there any interior accessories/gadgets (or categories of them) that this car needs or needs to have a better selection of?

- What is your favorite?

What I mean by accessories/gadgets is anything you put inside the car that improves the quality of life for you including its aesthetics, and functionality. Stuff like phone holders, air fresheners, floor mats, shift knobs, to like trim pieces, race seats and auto clicker headunits just as examples. All inclusive as long as it is interior related.

Would like to know what you guys think. Just a curiosity topic.

Thank you very much!

For my 2013 FR-S the first thing I put in was an arm rest for my right arm. The second thing was an aftermarket radio head unit, so I could have GPS and SiriusXM.
