Update: I was walking to my car tonight to go to the gym. I got to my car and saw him by his car writing an apology letter. I have no reason to lie. I'm not an active poster on this forum and posting something like this just get a good laugh isn't me. Look at my post history. Almost every single post I have has to do with asking for help. I simply came here for advice and I got it. Thanks to all that provided some sort of advice. If some of you guys don't believe me, that's fine, I get it. It's not everyday you hear/read a story about this. I'm just happy I got this figured out and hope it doesn't happen in the future. If it does happen again with the same neighbor, I'll post some videos/pictures :D

Oh and after many years on this planet and several of them spent driving truck I have seen this sort of shit happen many times.
