I'm going to sound like the biggest nerd, but the Vallejo model paints would work great for this. I had a chip on a matte black part before and had some on hand and it matched 100%. And a bottle is like $2.

Ok i just got back from my body shop guy and he did a great job! it looks like nothing happened :)

Wow I take it back, that looks great. Maybe there was less damage than you thought once it was cleaned up.
