don't panic mate,

those codes due to you plugging or unplugging an obd device (eg oft) into car while ignition is ON. It can occasionally cause a glitch on the CAN buss which is used by car to communicate between ECU and traction/ABS/VSC computer, body computer ect.

You can sometimes get codes after a flash as part of the flashing process shuts down ECU communications to other control modules in the car, they get lonely and upset and can throw a code, just clear them. If they keep returning then its an issue.

Just use the diagnostic mode on your OFT to clear those codes and all will be fine.

No mods to your car? I'm glad you are enjoying your OFT, I'm ordering mine in two months and I can't wait.

On my drive to work this morning i had the OFT in realtime. I was realizing that my IAM is sitting at around .7 ECU needs more time to learn?

Wouldn't do anything at this point other than try filling up in another gas station. Stick with top tier brands and avoid the generic stuff. Then run through another tankful and keep see what happens to IAM. Don't do any ECU resets or any more flashes (assuming you have the correct tune file already in there of course). Let the ECU do it's thing and see what it ends up with :)

How long should I stay at stage 1 93 before I flash to stage 2 EL?
