OEM Audio's support will keep me as a customer as long as I have a car they make a kit for. I love my 400CF, I listen to *mostly* metal and this system is at its best with music such as Drake (never listened to until I heard it on my system). They can calibrate based on what you listen though, I don't expect my metal to blast hard as it lacks bass but when I put on rap or dub step this system is IMPRESSIVE. This was expected to me as I listen to obscure shit.

I am very happy with the calibration for stock headunit. Initially my subs mount holes had been drilled poorly but Daniel is a rockstar and corrected it promptly. I imagine you'll get quick support with impressive results.

In summary OEM Audio is the best, when I play the right music it's the most impressive setup I've ever heard

Update!

The new amp sent in by Daniel definitely resolved all my issues. The recess in the mids is gone, the harshness tamed, and the sound stage sits at a more natural low-mid A pillar/windshield level. Whatever the fix was, came in that new amp! Very pleased!
