Nope - this is for the BRZ

I'm very sorry to hear what happened!

My girlfriend said to apply some clear nail polish around the holes to prevent it from getting bigger

Capitol Subaru handled my car pretty poorly as well. Washed it after telling them not to and swirled up the paint that was just detailed two days prior. Went to pick the car the next week because my airbag light was on, and the light was still on. Waited another 20-30 minutes for a tech to plug in a connector that he forgot about. That place is joke.

The Capitol Expressway Subaru Dealership is full of rude and egotistic pricks. I've dealt with them in the past and they can't drop their 'man-cards' for a minute to listen to what the customer has to say. Yes, dealerships have to deal with many annoying customers, many who know nothing about their cars. But honestly, if you can't deal with it and provide at minimum, patience and friendly customer service, then get a different job. I'm sorry you hate your job.

Did they give you a report of what was checked on the car before you left the car at the dealership?

that is not cool...I will file a complain to report this story, horrible service.

AVodka14 05-20-2014 06:12 PM

First of all. Always get multiple pictures of interior and exterior with date and time stamps. Preferably day of service. Looks like you had a dumb fuck smoking a cig and dropped it on the seat. Next time they will be responsible because you will have proof. We need to have interior and exterior hidden cameras to catch these nimrods on tape.

File a complaint with BBB, Subaru, and California consumer services.

BBB is useless because businesses "PAY" to join the BBB organization. The most you can do is make a HUGE stink with Suburu USA and see what happens.

Although they pay to be part of the BBB. The BBB does take action against companies that do not hold up of the industry standard. The company benefits not from a representation by the BBB. As they do as you said, pay to be represented.
