With the extended warranty they should have given you a nice long receipt piece of paper. Just call the number and cancel it. If you are financing the full amount should be taken off the loan. You have a small period of full refund (I think 90 days or so) and then it is prorated. I have canceled one on a Honda before and it was really easy.

Yup, you can cancel it easy enough. Also, the warranty price is negotiable. There is a dealer in MO that sells them at cost. That 8 year 75k warranty would be a lot closer to $500 at cost.
