Subaru has a TSB on this issue. 12-152-13 is the bulletin number. Fix is installing new mounting bolts with thread locker.

Does it like vibrate in the wind or something? I has a first shipment BRZ and haven't notice anything with the mirrors and I have had it at some decent speed. |
I had this on my passenger side mirror. Its easy to fix. You need to just take off the mirror (pop the black plastic off, remove the 2 10mm bolts), and tighten the bottom screw on the mirror housing. I fixed this when I installed my heated convex mirrors with turn signals.

it flops in the wind.. really aggravating, when your on the freeway checking your mirrors and they're moving away from your blind spot.. they flop depending on the car infront.. also moving from a stand still..
