Yep. The harness is plug and play but you will still need the new realy installed.

The Tom's JDM kit comes with the relay
Does this kit include the relay?

IS this an Official Toms tails and they're just having Helix make them this time, or is there more to this? Details please?

...that's what I'm saying. Tom's would outsource something like tails but make harness pads in Japan? The red ones appear to say "TOM'S" in the lower portion of the lenses as well. Do these ones have any similar markings?

you need to re pin 2 wires to make it work. not 100% sure yet which one until we see the harness

relay are included same as all tom's lights

and yes this is an official authentic TOM's product
