Update? I'm having the same issue with my PCV line leaking I think.

i was leaking badly, i fixed it initially with a check valve (linked above) which worked great, but i've since gone to just capping the intake manifold and venting the pcv line along with the crankcase breather. don't want none of that crap going back into my engine. a catch can only removes oil, not heat ;).

you should definitely be running a check valve between the manifold and pcv or manifold and catch can if you have one. if not, you're probably leaking boost and pressurizing the crankcase.

Also double check your evap solenoid vacuum hose at the manifold. I have found a leak there as well as no clamp is used on it.

do you put a filter on the vented lines ?

yes i did. on the crankcase breather (the pcv is one way... only flows out, no need for a filter).

no, you want one of these. it's very important that you get a valve with the correct opening vacuum.

where is this line located on the intake manifold? i definitely need to check mine. thanks for the heads up!

Below the manifold towards the driver. You will see a blue connector, its hard to see, the solenoid is literally below the intake manifold. If you haven't gone to crazy PS numbers, (like 14+) most probably its ok. But you would also notice some kind of symptom of vacuum leak.
