Within the first 1k miles of owning this car... I have adjusted the clutch pedal engagement point 3 times.. Was hard to drive smoothly, pedal engaged too high... When I adjusted the pedal to grab at a lower point.. The pedal was physically lowered and the free play at the pedal top was too much. It grabbed lower and initially felt better ... But the whole pedal was now too light with even less resistance.. My 3rd and final adjustment was to put it back to stock..
Now with 2k miles on the odo.. It feels perfect.. As mentioned above.. Give it some time.. It will all come together after the first 1K miles or so..

I love light clutches.. this is the BEST clutch you'll ever experience. Just give it some time. And, of course, make that clutch adjustment referenced above.. it'll make the engagement even better! :thumbsup:

A flywheel won't change the pedal feel at all, just make it easier to stall it if you're not paying attention.

If the pedal felt different it had a different pressure plate in it.

Was in same boat now I don't notice at all, adaptation will come.

Buy an aftermarket clutch...etc etc.
