More videos and dyno's after we get back from 86Expo in Las Vegas.

Interested to hear the V2 resonated on an otherwise stock drivetrain. KISS, light and hopefully a nice sound without being loud (contrary to a single exit muffler delete).

Have the weights for both versions and individual sections?

That noise makes power, unlike normal EL headers. ;)

Any chance we can get a video without any other exhaust add-ons (I.e. stock front and over pipe, and stock headers)? Also if it was mentioned elsewhere I apologize, but is there an official weight?

Captain Insano 06-21-2013 08:50 PM

That sounds pretty badazz

FT-86 SpeedFactory 06-27-2013 11:38 AM

Super lightweight. Muffler section weights in at 10 lbs exactly. Add in our mid pipe at 16lbs, entire system is 26lbs. :)

I'll be installing mine on Friday, and I have an otherwise stock exhaust system. I will post up some sound clips that weekend. Mine is the non-resonated version though since I plan to go with a catted front pipe, so sound might be a little different.

Thanks! can't wait to hear it!

@FT-86 SpeedFactory what are you guys developing next?

jonbonazza 07-12-2013 03:24 PM

Just got done installing it about an hour ago. I am at work right now, but expect a sound clip here in the next few hours when I get off work. :D

In other news, some lady backed into my car today =( She busted the tail light and scratched the bumper. At least she came into the office to tell me, so I dont have to repair it on my dime.

EDIT: Oh and it sounds MEAN! Very simple install too. Everything lined up perfectly!

Ouch sorry to hear about the incident. :-(

Excited for the video. :-)
