This should've been Vinyl not painted just in case you regret the rice after a while. I love the look just not for me.

Finally we get the panda scheme! I cant wait to see one of these on the street, complete with tofu decals lol

TylerLieberman 09-03-2012 02:19 PM

So for $8,000 I get ugly, oversized wheels, a horrible looking aerokit, a decent looking spoiler, some lowering springs, some Five:AD badges that I wouldn't want plastered all over my car anyways, and some grey paint....

I dig the paint scheme but for 8,000.... let's be real.

I like how he says he wanted to replicate the panda scheme himself but hates that 5 axis has done it already, lol :bonk:

So the car in your sig obviously has the ideal wheel size, right?

Lol those SSRs were just 18s. 19s on this car just looks awful. Of course this is my opinion, but I know most will agree and have already stated the same. 17s look great on this car as do 18s.. but that's the biggest I would go.

Furthermore, how is this supposed to be a "retro" design when it has giant ass wheels on it. If it's supposed to have a retro theme, it should be carried throughout the car. The 19s look so out of place. Some 17", black, watanabe style wheels would look so damn sick on this.

Lonewolf 09-03-2012 02:58 PM

That two-tone setup doesn't work on these cars...:barf:

clayrush 09-03-2012 03:05 PM

I like how all the advertising pictures of the body kit have fog lights but you never see in FRS with fog lights. I dig the red on black and like the rims. But perhaps 18's instead of 19's

Stevieray 09-03-2012 03:07 PM

Ugly.

Yeah esp on a car that only puts out 200hp. 18's at the most. The more I see this kit, the more I'm starting to think it's "ok".

Was it up with this generation trying to bring back the ol skool stuff and try and mix it with the current stuff.

The whole point of a body kit is to a bit over the top in my opinion. Because what is the point of spending a bunch of money To look just slightly diffrent from stock. Unless you have a kit that somehow has better aerodynamics. as far as I'm concerned most Body kids are dead way anyhow :p

you mean like all the American companies going the retro look. :) it's like them saying Hey remember when Americaian cars was good? Lol J/K
I think it is good to look retro. Too many cars were/are to similarly styled. most cars look like a mix between Asian, European and American influences anymore.

Yeah and everything in general. The old Mopar cars, the old Camaro, the old fastback Ford Pootang :D, the 80's/90's movie remakes that are completely off, the way these young bucks are dress, rat tails, throwback sports gear, ol Jordans etc.

It's like this generation doesn't have much of an identity compared to those who grew up in the 80's/90's.
