400/mo over here. Should be done paying it off right when Im ready to buy something new. XD

450 here with 3k down. Once i get my new job ill have it payed off in a year.

Random somewhat related question: Are there any potential downsides/things to watch out for when refinancing your car loan for a better interest rate with a different bank?

No downside as long as the new bank doesn't try some bush league tactic, like pre-payment penalties, APR skyrocketting when you're 1 day late on a payment, etc..

Credit-wise, just remember a refinance is seen as the same thing as getting a new loan. At least that's what I was told when I did my refinance a few years ago. I don't think that'll hurt your credit too much. At least it didn't have any impact on my credit score when I refinanced, but each person's score could be affected differently depending on your financial situation.
