Which ever tire has the least amount of traction spins the one on the solid surface ground will not move. The car does not have one or it's not working and or the PO removed it. I bought the car from a used car dealer and have found several little things not quite right.

Your diff is fine. Torsen LSDs will send more torque to the wheel with more traction up to the designed ratio of the diff. I believe ours is 4:1, which means that the diff can supply up to 80% torque to one side and 20% to the other.
However, if one wheel is completely off the ground and has no traction, it will act like an open diff and supply almost no torque to the wheel with traction because the difference in traction is now beyond the mechanical limit of the diff.
