Didn't they dumb down the suspension after the first year, or was it MY15?

They made it push more like the BRZ.

That was the 15s.

Literally the only differences between 13s and 14s is knee pads and HUs. Oh and many of the early 13 issues had been resolved.

Yes, depending on where you were and how late a 14. They seemed to be pretty mixed for a bit there.

Well I bought MY14 at the end of 2014 in california and it came with touchscreen head unit which was a plus bc I didn't like how the 12 and 13 model came with a tiny display screen full of buttons 😅

Most did but there were some that didn't. I think the Canadian ones had a different HU in 14 from the US but could not swear to that in court.

I can't thank your OP again or I would. Maybe I should remove my thanks and then thank it again.

Hey, @humfrz, you forget a lot of stuff now. What should I do?

Fun fact. About 6 weeks after I wrote that I pulled (well had pulled) the TRD sway bars. I like the car way better without them.

Went back to stock. I got the stock exhaust, springs, sway bars and drop in with the car since the TRD stuff was all dealer installed. Technically they were all mine since I paid extra for the TRD stuff (even if I did only pay about 25% of their value). When I had my snows put on I had the tire shop swap back to stock. No labour charge and they gave me $100 for them. Since I only paid $1000 for the exhaust, bars, drop in, spoiler, tint and clear bra I figured I did OK on the deal.
