Winjet HID from Winjet

Before I changed the Carbon fiber wrapped hood to look like ... this one down below... http://i57.tinypic.com/2cyphdz.jpg Only issue I have is SOMETIMES....1 of the lights won't turn on...it's random. The HIDS were installed directly from Winjet so I paid a bit more...but it's not a huge issue...just turn the lights off then back on and POW!!! they are fine... |
Celigts, which connector (straight D2S or Amp to D2S) do you have for your bulb?

Im looking at getting chrome and painting them black to match the oem ones.. any tips on getting it done without messing them up too badly?

Pretty happy with the way they turned out, just be patient when taking apart the headlights and when removing the painters tape. The chrome comes off SUPER easily if using light painters tape, i'd recommend just using newspaper to cover the chrome and tape around the edges. Might as well do a retrofit while you're at it cause the winjet projects aren't that great. http://i.imgur.com/26xbM6w.jpg |

Pretty good for the money. Not as good as other OEM xenons I’ve had, but much better light output, visibility and cutoff than stock halogens. Had a bit of fogging driving up to the canyons in 40 F weather, but didn’t affect visibility.
