Curb weight is always how Toyota lists their weights. That's the exact way you pick the car up from the dealer.

No I completely agree that it is still lightweight, but the JDM spec model is reportedly 1220 kg (probably dry), which is 2689.

I guess I was hoping for something closer to 2700 instead of 2800. We aren't too far off, only 50 lbs or so.
