Am I the only one who despise hypebeast/re-sellers?

Nope. I'm right there w/ you. Unfortunately, all this "hype" makes it okay to sell at a ridiculous price. I never thought that a pair of kicks had so much hype that they were worth than some aftermarket mods.

Like this morning, once I get out of work, I'll drive by and see how many camps out in front of Primitive Store for the release of both "Firework" SB Dunks and AJ VIII "Playoffs".

I was so surprised to walk into a footlocker today to find a pair in my size to grab, but I passed. I'm waiting on those red suede IV's. :drool:

I can't stand them low lives. It seems that all they do is wait in line for a week and add a hefty markup on the shoes they end up getting.

Just for an extra $50 they can score for reselling the shoes. Puts it in eBay and starts bid at $0.99 with a reserve and Buy It Now for $250, why even start big at $0.99? There are a few times when I want to fuck with people in eBay; I'd message the hypebeast-reseller and act interested, offer up a bogus price and tells the guy to close the auction so I can buy it near his asking price. Sure enough, he cancels his Jordan or SB Dunk auction... Then I leave him hanging.

There were a number of auctions I ended up winning for running the price up. I sent messages that I cannot complete the transaction coz' my card info got stolen and account was on hold. Of course, the guy sends a non-paying bidder complaint. I just ignore it, surprisingly enough, eBay have not cancelled my account, I still have a 100% feedback and haven't been banned :iono:

Talk about selling, I just posted some used shoes I am getting rid of in eBay to fund another purchase. Am I being hypocrite :thumbup:

What size are the Vs?

Men's 10.5, I was going to use that as a donor midsole for my AJ V Laneys. Just couldn't find the time. I'll probably just buy this year's Laney that comes out in November.

BTW, Have any of you seen this? Think Free project created by an artist named Philippe Cuendet for //DIY and +41. AJ V with tbe IV heel and NIKE free sole. This was before NIKE did the Spiz'ikes, Son of Mars, and Jordan Flight Club '91; and the thought of using the free sole with it's running shoes i.e. huarache, air trainers, air max, wovens, air bursts...

I must of missed hearing about that. I think I would miss the original midsole, but I bet that free sole would make the V's even extra comfy.

That V is weird, did you guys notice that it has a IV heeltab and logo? I'd agree that the V is the most comfortable between the III, IV, V and VI and VII.

Call me crazy, but I never found any of the J's comfortable.

They really need to stop making all these hybrid pairs. It's getting ridiculous IMO. You got the AF, AM360, Lunar, and now Free hybrids? I'm sure there are more that I've missed. Are they truly running out of ideas that they are left with putting together parts from some of their best selling shoes?
