Thanks. I am not to worried about the speedo at this time, the car just sits. I'm in DT's calendar and Nazar keeps in touch. When they are ready I will head down.

It was really dirty after the winter. While trying to avoid electrical parts, I think this much cleaning is enough. Thank you!

hey guys i have a question that might be kind of dumb but ill ask anyway lol.

so a month ago i was reversing into my driveway and my front splitter got caught in the snow and yanked my bumper off. now because of my splitter i have no splash shielding underneath and so long story short, the only thing holding my bumper onto the car is the clips that go under the headlights and to the side markers and that plate in the engine bay with the 5 10mm nuts on it. those clips hold the bumper but its like still fairly easy to tug off, i can just give it a yank and take it off. I know the right way to really fix this is a new bumper and clips but i was wondering if bumper quick releases will hold it sufficiently?

also, ive since chassis mounted the splitter, its no longer bumper mounted like my ricer self had it originally. if i secure the bumper to the splitter, do i need those aforementioned quick releases?

For what it's worth, the only thing holding my bumper on are the sidemarker clips ( no bolts) and the bolts in the engine bay that cover the radiator support. It has held on that way for 2 years and while it did get detached during a snowstorm (see a few pages back) it clipped back on with no damage that I could see. Embrace the ability to quickly yank the bumper on/off!

I suggest you write that up as a "quick disconnect bumper mod" - ;)

I had wing nuts on studs for my Civic bumper once upon a time. And spring clamps on the corners. No tools to remove bumper

Finally got around to installing the Mtec clutch spring. Can understand why so many on this forum have done this mod. Enjoying the improved clutch feel...

Now just replace the clutch pedal helper spring with a smoother version, or just remove it altogether, for even MORE awesomeness.

I've used several POR-15 products. Good stuff.

Guess I was thinking old school, and since he is AT it does not have a gear indicator to mess up.
