You could probably just get some sakura vinyl stickers to slap on cheap, until you find a good painter.

Just a thought. You could possibly go with having the car wrapped. The design you want could just get printed on sheets that will wrap the rear and you wouldn't have to worry about painting over a new car. Actually It would protect the paint. And you could have it removed later, should you ever want to go back to stock.
