gonna buy some track tires for the frs, think that should be the only mod i need for the first time, does anyone have any recommendations on what i should be looking for specifically from experience? Thanks!

I've been very happy with my BFG sport comp 2s but haven't tracked them. Didn't like my hankook RS3s but maybe I just expected to much of them. Everyone is gonna say pilot super sports. Most any Max or extreme summer tire will do well for you. I assume you don't want slicks since it appears to be your first track mod

I had fun being loud with a straight piped Boxster today. 2 boxer engines singing together is like music LOL. That thing sounded awesome

Everyone will do a sale for labor day or whichever one is coming up. Check eBay too. I got a special eBay only sale from tirerack.com on my sport comps. Was 118$ off the price on their website

I've had 6 different tires on my car. Out of the 200 tread wear I like the Falkin 615K's the best. Good traction dry and wet and fairly quiet on the highway. If you can wait a month the new 615k+ will be out and tire rack has a killer deal on them.
