I switched out my stock air filter with a K&N - about 15 seconds.

lol I did the opposite?
I put on the perrin cold air 3 days after purchase (got a crazy deal from a member here) PBM coilovers went on 2 months later. 1 year later I got my wheels (mounting tires this Saturday) next is headers and tune, maybe beef up brakes. who knows after that. maybe there will be an ITB kit out by then??? ITB and cams is my ultimate goal. YES! you need a build thread! |
Plasti-dipped some center caps in preparation for changing out my wheels...
First time I have worked with plasti-dip and it seems very forgiving. Not sure I want to commit to the color, so I thought this would be a good way to test it out prior to powder coating... |

The first thing that I would recommend is that you check the fluid level in the clutch fluid reservoir, if it's low, fill it up (then find out where the fluid went). If it's full, I'd suggest you bleed the hydrolytic clutch system to purge the system of any air. If all that doesn't help, I'd adjust the clutch ..... (have you been messen with the adjustment .. ??) Come back. humfrz |

Did you oil it ..? Too much oil will gum up the MAF .. :confused0068: Are you sure you got it in with the correct end up and situated so as the direction of air flow is proper .. ?? Are you sure you got the bottom of the case positioned correctly before snapping the top closed .. ?? Are you sure it's all the way closed .. ?? Did you put the sticker on .. ?? 15 seconds, huh ........ :) Are you going out to check it ......;) (jest ah messen wich ya) humfrz |

Deleted the 3rd brake light and child seat anchors then covered the shelf in fresh felt. 🏎 Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk |

While waiting on the bumper cover and front lip to be painted from the racoon damage, :mad0260:had some time this weekend to install the some parts!!
Mishmoto Oil Cooler Greddy Air Intake Snorkel Replaced the damaged Hella Horns Replaced Condenser bug screen Mishmoto Oil Cooler The oil cooler was pretty easy install, fun part was getting the lines in a position they were happy about. Not easy bending braided lines, a lil heat from a heat gun helps. Chose the thermostat sandwich plate at 185/F http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_172402.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235229.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235239.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235505.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235248.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235352.jpg http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235434.jpg Greddy Air Intake Snorkel I cut about an inch off the snorkel so it doesn't hang down so low, to block the oil cooler. left it just low enough to be in position to catch the air flow. http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_233453.jpg Took some 3/4 in velcro strip and used it as a gasket. The stuff the came with the snorkel was a joke  Fits nice and tight for no leaks. Also channeled out the styrofoam bumper cover support for the snorkel http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...318_235211.jpg New Condenser screen http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...319_122058.jpg Wating for its clothes http://www.exoticautorestylers.com/i...319_124816.jpg damn racoons |

I got the lights module out of the "spaceship", covered it in felt and just pushed it into the crack at the base of the glass. Very stealth. Next time I would try one of those flexible tape-strips of LEDs backed with a black strip of black felt for even more "stealthlinessity". |
