Overlays don't seem to be as shinny as paint. But there is no going back with paint

The paint can be taken off fairly easily, from what i understand.

A little lacquer thinner is all it takes.

am i the only one that is having trouble taking off the ziptie? i tried all kind of sharp/small objects, but i just cant get the ziptie around the wire to come off. any tip?

So I wasn't the only idiot that couldn't undo a ziptie. Good to know....
