Can't really compare GT5 laptimes with real life. Almost always the laptimes in game are faster than reality.

Regarding GT5 stock cars + sport hard tires. Check out my reply in this thread.

Lol.. squeezed in an hour of GT5 track time.. Sometime I hate being competitive. hehe..
This time my car had some more horses. And that helped! A little more track experience in the car probably did something too.
(I still think PP limit would make it easier for everyone to compete on same level)

My new times:
Nordschleife: 8.12.670
Tsukuba: 1.05.961
Laguna: 1.43.304

With a few more horses, Tsukuba times changed alot. 3 laps and I could beat my previous best at 1.06.5xx . 10 minutes later i was consistently lapping faster then previous time..

I beat that few hrs ago (between endurance races). It was 18xxx, few more points I had 19k.

When I finish this endurance race, I'll try again & get 19k & post some pic

Shouldn't we make a thread dedicates to drifting stock 86?

My update for Laguna-> 1:47.531

I noticed that the damn ghost was getting in my way during the A-Spec Free Run. Now I tried the A-Spec One Make and it's a lot better. I was able to get 1:07's for Tsukuba but that's not even enough to crack the list that most of you are running. :respekt:

LOL no sweat.
I tried to run 86 stock with gripless tires on Tsukuba. I got only 135**. :( Long way to go.

Still it's improving! Keep it up! Trust me, to get in 5sec in Tsukuba, I had to run lil over 70 laps... Practice makes perfect

Yeah, nice thing bout CH tires are more laps you drifts w it, more easier to slide (if car is underpowered car like 86GT). Also my 86GT have 211ps (vs 195ps) from oil change & engine overhaul, so gives me extra power to go side way

Great times guys!

NESW20 12-26-2011 07:03 PM

i'll get in on this next time i have some free time to spend in front of my PS3... or a friend's PS3. :D

Dragonitti 12-27-2011 11:22 AM

I didn't get a chance to load any more lap times or really get on due to the Holiday's, but I will be back on the attack soon for the Nurburg laps. Not to sure I can run an 8:12, but I know I can knock off a sec or two off that 8:18 I posted. I'm not to big on Laguna Seca, but I'll give a go at it anyway just to participate in each one.
