I just like how every meet so far we have had good turn outs and for one that was just made we got good numbers already

My friend is the manager there and this is the best deal he can give me.
half hour $400 +tax (orginal price $500)
full hour $800 +tax (orginal price $1000)

max karts on track is 12
all helmets fees are covered (which is an extra $2 charge)
event room is avaliable depending on time and day
for every 10 people i would recommend adding an extra half hour

we will need 50% deposit
7 days cancelation policy ( if you call and cancel 7 days before the event we will give a full refund on deposit)
cancelation on the day of event will forfit deposit

any changes to the event we must know 3 days pior

on the day of event everyone must arrive 45mins pior to their race time otherwise you might be pushed to the next avaliable time we have.

avaliable times right now for nov 25 is 10-1:30pm, 2:30-5:30, 6pm-midnight
