I think there is a thread about dash cams

5 Attachment(s)
Installed my Valenti Red/chrome Sequential signal mode tail lights.
Got them from TheSpeedLine, aka nabobery on eBay, for $245.99 shipped from Taiwan. Fast shipping, got them 7 days after I placed the order.

There was some doubt whether TheSpeedLine was selling authentic Valentis. IMO, I think they are genuine but gray market since TheSpeedLine provides their own warranty.
Attachment 155364

Install instructions, took me about 1 hour to install them. Only took the 3 push pin fastners off the rear side panel and bent the panel back enough to access the bolts.
Attachment 155365

My cheapo Harbor Freight in. lb torque wrench. Used a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter and a deep well 8mm socket. Torqued bolts to 39 in. lb.
Attachment 155366

Red on red with a little chrome, IMO, looks good.

Replaced my busted Intec high mount brake light with the CDC brake light for mustangs. Way better quality at half the price. Wish I did this from the get go.

Is it bright? Detail info on CDC brake light kit please. I have Wheelhaus brake light kit and it's been working nicely... but wishing for lil bit more brighter option.

Literally just got it on about 15 minutes ago and it's still bright out, so I don't know how bright it's actually going to be.

Basically, it's made for a 99-05 (I think, can't recall for sure) Mustang. Super lightweight, and the tape attaches on all 4 sides. Only "bad" thing about it, is that you'll need to either hard wire it onto the existing circuit for the brake light, or do what I did, and use the connector from your old brake light and attach that to the negative and positive leads. Install was done in about 30 minutes. It looks good installed, except that you can see where the tape didn't perfect seal up to the back window, but that's to be expected on a part that isn't made for the twins.

I think it was 50 USD, and my final cost was around 75 CAD.

Overall, I give it an 8/10

Anything else you want to know, I'll do my best to answer.

What issues were you having with the Intec Brake Light? I was considering that option as I liked the mounting bracket, I know I'd be kicking myself if I mounted a light and it turns out to be even a little bit off center.

I have the same 3rd brake light. About as bright as the ones in the tails. Mine didn't fit perfect either but well enough for the cost. Highly recommend it

I'm assuming you got this one: CDC high mount brake light

Which area of the kit didn't fit? Of course it's not for the twins, so few area not sealing up to the back window is expected.

But if it's $50, that's good deal.

The design of it is awful. It's heavy, and only mounts at the back. I've tried multiple different kinds of double sided tape, and nothing was strong enough to hold it up, then about a month ago, going over a bump, the light (as usual) got dislodged from the window, and the bracket that attaches to the headliner snapped. So, I get to throw away my $150 brake light.

Should have done the CDC one from the start.
