Yeah, at the meet Zoeb mentioned the RT5 in 17x9 size is coming soon. Can't wait to check them out since I don't want 18s.

I think I would do 18x9.5 all around before staggered. The fronts look so weak on the staggered sets.

Clipdat 04-30-2013 12:35 PM

What about just 17x9 square?

Both my grids and RPF1s are 17x9 square.

I really like the new Titan wheel from Rota... fairly lightweight, might be the lightest wheels they make now. 17x8, or 17x9 for that nice concave look. :) Let me know if you'd rather sell or trade your coupon (assuming they'd let you transfer it to someone). ;)

That limits what you can run a lot. 9.5 wide won't fit without coils because the spring is so wide. Even some 9" don't fit without the correct offset.

Email has been down at work all week. This has resulted in 1000 people calling me to ask why I'm not responding to emails!

I want to email corporate IT in Huston and ask them to tell me why outsourcing local IT to India was a good idea. Oh wait, I can't, email is down...

So I was browsing the net to look for steering wheels (i know its a bad idea to change steering wheels, but i was just curious as to what choices are available if i did change it) and found THIS:

Changing your steering wheel is like removing your seatbelt. It's an extremely important part of what keeps you safe.

I guess if you think a steering wheel is worth dying for...

Nice, I don't usually think about steering wheels but I really like the thick 'D' shaped ones like ones that come on Audi's. Think Derek had one on at the meet.

BlaineWasHere 04-30-2013 07:24 PM

I actaully really like the stock wheel. The GTI wheel was better though, the flat bottom made it feel hella racecar.
