A PD blower will give that TQ from just about idle.

Also low end tq can be minimized or enhanced based on size of turbo (pulley for SC)...

Hard to tell but that does not look to bad. It has to be loose when it is cold, remember when it is hot everything is a different size. If you are not having any issues I would not worry about it.

ID1050X's have a better spray pattern and atomization, as well as more consistency. They can take low pulse widths completely accurately and will idle port only without issue.
